We can expedite the delivery of your purchases using the services of DHL Express service levels. These rates will display as available options when you checkout.
HOW LONG DOSE DELIVERY TAKE?
3-5 business days, 5-7 business days, 7-15 business days. It depends on your address.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States.
Overseas territories are excluded. Delivery to the following states is not supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.
Please note: we currently DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.
HOW WILL MY DELIVERY BE SHIPPED?
USPS, UPS, DHL, Fedex, Special line logistics and amazon functions. We will choose the carrier that we think works best for our customers. (you can also assigned specify logistics, but there will be costs.)
I ORDERED MORE THAN ONE ITEM. WILL THEY ALL BE DELIVERED AT THE SAME TIME?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF MY PACKAGE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
