Assembly directions are terrible

Assembly directions are terrible, some parts of the shelving do not fit together correctly, the holes do not line up right (see pictures.) Missing part of the railing prevents us from putting up the latter side railing. Attempting to find where that part can be retrieved. But there is no contact information to get missing parts Needs improvement in quality.

Great bed for a teen!

The bed arrives in 3 separate packages so its not so cry heavy, which I was very grateful for. Everything is labeled and easy to identify, and assembly is a breeze when you stick to the instructions. Overall,we are very pleased with this purchase and love the look of the entire product. Perfect for us

Loft bed with desk

My 11 year old daughter loves this bed! She feels like her room is her own college dorm. She has her desk set up to do her schoolwork and artwork. Its her own little happy place! Product was just as descriproduct

Beautiful and great for small spaces

All parts were labeled and it was easy to assemble. We purchased the white frame. Perfect for my daughters room Well made. Good price.

About what you pay for

This bed was a nightmare to put together. I bought it based on the reviews saying it wasnt that hard to put together. I am pretty adept at putting together furniture at this point in my adult life, not perfect, but competent, but the instructions for this bed were horrible. Whoever wrote the instructions, seemed to start to slack off after about Step 2 so that I was left guessing after that, especially about the orientation of the boards. It would have been helpful if it was specified front back left right on the boards as I after securing the boards, I had to undo some of them and flip them and resecure them. Also, the tape that identified the boards wasnt the type that came off easy so I after removing it, there was a residue left over that didnt easily remove so I had to take extra time using Goo Gone to remove the residue. The instructions were so bad, that I wasnt able to put up the desk. I have no idea how that is supposed to stay on. The way that the instructions show it does not secure it properly and we are now just looking for a way to use brackets to secure it in our own way. Another complaint I have is that some of the boards cracked when I was securing them. I wasnt even using super strength or anything/ they just cracked as I was screwing the screws in. A few came scratched. Not a huge deal as my son is pretty rough so I didnt expect the bed to remain in pristine condition for long anyways, but annoying that they were already scratched. The opening where the kid climbs in and out is a bit narrow. My kid is small so it isnt a big deal but I am not sure how a more heavyset kid would do with getting in and out of that area. Also the space under the bed is a bit low, which is great for an elementary school kid but maybe not great for a middle school or older kid. Aside from those things/ my kid loves his new bed. The area under is great for him to play. We put a plush rug and a comfy chair under there and he can read, play Legos, and do homework. The shelves are nice for toys, books, and some games. We got the full size and he was surprised by how big it was. He is a really restless sleeper and I was worried about him having enough room to toss and turn but it is plenty big enough for him to move all about when he sleeps and the rails keep him from falling out. For the price it is a decent bed. I looked at a more expensive one but couldnt bring myself to pay that much for something I was afraid hed outgrow in a couple years. I feel like well get a couple years out of this, which is all I can really ask for. Its not bad its just not great.

Cheap quality bed but great customer service

I had a lot of issues with the bed itself. It was really light, cheap/feeling wood. It had a lot of damage when I got it. Building it wasnt easy at all because the measurements were off in certain areas. And it was not as sturdy as I thought it would be (even for a loft bed). HOWEVER, Im giving a high rating because their customer service was aming! They were responsive and helped me get what I deserve, which is a refund. They were very understanding and seemed earnest. And communication was very smooth, clear, and straight to the point that we worked it out in about a day and a half to two days. Its so pretty

Unstable, at best

This bed took a lot of time to assemble, is made from low quality wood, and needs to be reinforced. The low weight limit means that you need to assess how much your mattress weighs + your child in order to determine whether or not it is safe for your child. I selected this based on the underbed headroom (it had more than most), but would not recommend the purchase. My son feels so unsafe he wont sleep on it. Im fairly disappointed.

Great bed

My autistic son LOVES ahis new bed! He can play video games in his desk space and with the bed lifted it gives him more play space. The assembly is a bit tedious and is a two man job. But the instructions are clear and doable. Cute and good quality

I would not purchase again and would spend more money for better quality

Pros: Good design due to lots of storage. Cons: If you are looking for sturdy this is not what I expected and its a bit wobbly. I dont think this will survive if I ever try to move and its difficult to put together. I would return it if it werent so difficult to take a part and ship back. Dont buy this product

Loft bed

This bed was the easiest item I have ever put together!! Everything was labeled properly/ even ALL the screws I put it together by myself and had no problems/ it was challenging because it would have been easier with two people at times but totally doable. The bed itself is well made and exactly what I ordered. I would refer this company to anyone! Well done, great delivery
