Great chair but color is not wine, its brown
This chair is very comfortable and seems to be made well. I love the fold up arms and the rocking feature. I plan to use it at my sewing table. Ive only had it a few days so time will tell how it holds up but so far I like the plushness of it and support it offers. The color however is not wine, but brown, so I took a star off for that. I would not have chosen this color as it is not the same as advertised. I was able to put it together in about 30 minutes with help and it does come with a warranty.
Comfy
So far this has been a very comfortable chair, I can sit in various slouchy positions in it and put my feet up and so on, its nicely padded.

This chair is so comfortable. But I would say get the back support piece to sit up straight because youll wanna lay back and not work.
Gorgeous, easy to assemble and COMFY!
I was a bit skeptical about this chair due to a few reviews claiming it was impossible to assemble alone, wasnt nearly as comfortable as it claimed to be and more, but I am SO glad I listened to the dozens of other positive reviews I read instead of the few negative! This chair is large. I am only 52 and weigh less than 120lbs on my heaviest days, so its technically too big for me. That said, I never sit with my desk chair low enough to put my feet flat on the ground, anyway, and instead use a nice foot stool for support when Im not sitting cross/legged or with my legs draped over an arm rest. This chair is PERFECT for that. It also fits right under my desk at its lower position which is great (with arm rests down, as well)! Its SO easy to move up and down and it does so QUICKLY. No weird wiggling or moving around necessary. To go down, just hit the lever. To go up, lift your butt up just enough to relieve it of your weight and do the same, and its as good as done already. It took me less than 30 min to assemble alone. I did give that part 4 stars because it was a little difficult due to the holes on the back rest and arm rests not lining up too easily when placing screws, but with some maneuvering and pressure they did go in and tighten just fine. Its stable, cozy and gorgeous in my office. Its also got GREAT back/lumbar support, but well see how long that lasts! For the price I dont think this chair can be beat. (It does NOT come with complete instructions and the screws are labeled differently than the very limited instructions label them, but its super simple and easy to figure out, even with such poorly written instructions.)

This company is marvelous. The first chair I received had some missing screws and the predrilled holes just refused to align. I started the return process when the company said they would replace the defective chair at no additional cost. True to their word, this honorable company sent me a replacement chair. Everything was in the box. It was easy to assemble, and it is simply beautiful and comfortable and everything I hoped it would be. So nice. I am so impressed that this company honored their product. I am happy with this product to the moon and back.
Base and Wheels are a Bust but Chair is Comfortable
Comfy/ 2 thumbs up. First problemThe way the base is configured the casters dont turn well so the chair will only move in the direction they were in when you sat down. We then bought new wheels. Same problem. Second problemthe wheel slot bent and tipped me out. Ouch! Today we are shopping for a replacement base. The key is to ensure the slot for the wheels is very vertical. The one with the chair leans out which we now know caused the malfunction in the first place. We are replacing the poorly designed parts as the seat of the chair was a good match for avoiding back and hip pain.

Worked Out OK
The office chair worked out ok. I was pleased with it so much that I ordered two (2) more, but in wine red color upholstery. I would recommend the office chair to anyone.
