Quality Easy to put together
This was a great purchase for my entryway. It has lots of storage, is well constructed, looks great, and was easy to put together. Its quite sturdy once its secured to the wall. Great buy.
Very nice for the cost
Looks nice and perfect size for my area, not too heavy, hopefully it holds up when sat on! Seems sturdy but Ill definitely use the included hardware to secure it to the wall. Love all the hooks but I wouldnt hang heavy jackets on it and the lower hooks get covered up even with a kids jacket, however they might still work for hats or small kids jackets on the lower area.

Good buy onw flaw
Really liked this product. But the top bench came damaged. If theres a replacement piece offered please let me know. Great product and easy to assemble besides the one flaw.
Missing parts
Update: Vendor responded quickly to message about missing parts. They promptly sent everything that was missing. The unit is very easy to assemble, with accurate pre/drilled holes. The unit is sturdy and does not move when the rubber stickers supplied are added to the feet. The color of the bamboo is accurate to the photos on . The bench to sit on is comfortable for removing and putting on shoes, and it is a great flat chest to store hats, gloves, etc Missing several piece required for the assembly. The two coat hanger wood pieces were missing, and the foot pads to protect the wood and floor are missing. One of the pieces of wood obviously was broken during production and they repaired it with wood filler, but it roughly done. Reached out to company waiting to hear back about missing pieces and replacement parts.
Perfect coat rack and well priced!
Perfect coat rack! It has plenty of hooks to accommodate several coats and jackets. The shelf at the bottom is very nice and is perfect for someone who wants to sit to put on their shoes. We couldnt figure out the purpose of the holes in the top piece of wood. I tried looking at photos of other customers reviews but didnt find one that showed anything hanging in the holes. Then we realized that they might be for coat hangers since some coats wont fit on a hook or some people didnt want to put a nice coat or jacket on a hook. We used it for that purpose recently and a coat hanger fits perfectly in the hole. The holes are spaced out well enough to give each coat plenty of room without touching the one hanging next to it. I have tried to upload a photo to show ours, but for some reason it wont let me post photos!
Bamboo Coat Rack and Shoe Bench
This is a beautiful piece and well made. So easy to assemble. So happy I found this bamboo coat rack. The bench also has storage for sundries. Highly recommend.
High quality, sturdy, easy to assemble
One of the easiest pieces of furniture Ive ever put together. Very simple. I didnt see the need to use the wall straps right now because it seems quite sturdy, even more than half full. Im pleased how this coat rack looks. Its much better in person than in the pictures. Its made from bamboo which, in my opinion, is 100 better than the standard fake wood particle board. Ive had numerous people ask if its made out of solid wood. I really like the hooks on this coat rack too. The double hooks allows you to hang two items per hook. Other models only have one hook each. The other unique detail of this coat rack is that it has a storage area. You access the storage by lifting up on the top of the large platform area. Its not a huge area but very handy to put small items in it. This was the only rack I saw that hade something like this. So apparently this company had an older model of this coat rack and the one theyre selling now is their newer model. At the time of this review the pictures in the listing are the same pictures that were there when I purchased it. The pictures are of the older model they used to sell. I believe the older model didnt have the storage area but I can confirm that the new model (the one they sell now) does have the storage area. They should update the photos on their listing so its not so confusing. Im not taking off a star for it but this should be fixed.
Excellent product
I just assembled this with my daughter. It took us about an hour, but the directions are very easy to follow. I just love it! Great product! I highly recommend it! It is sleek and clean looking, and I am excited NOT to have coats laying all over the place.
Nice Coat Rack/Shoe Bench
Really like my coat rack/shoe bench! Was easy to assemble, ran into a little problem missing a small part, contacted the company and they resolved my problem and got it put together and up. It is not to big or to small and fit the area I have perfectly.
