This is the macdaddiest assembly-required product ever. Ive put together enough pieces to know theres always a shortcut somewhere so I always look for it. Not here. This is well done all the way through. The cuts are clean. The fittings are snug. The joints square and tight. This thing has smart all over it. Its even packaged carefully. If that werent enough, its got the macdaddiest assembly kit ever. All hardware is high quality and all of it is packed separately so you know right away which long bolt they mean when they say long bolt. Also packed separately are spares. Spares of each piece. But wait, theres more. Of course they include the tool you need. But they dont ship just one. They ship two, one being the ratcheting hex wrench you need because those square and tight joints are just a little too close to allow the regular hex wrench into the slot. Well done, ! Were drunk on juice boxes!

I am a 77 year old woman with bad knees and I put this bed together in less than 2 hours with a couple of breaks. (Well-packed for shipping, I did need help in carrying it into the bedroom!) Washers/screws neatly sorted and seal-packed together, no extra tools needed! Even a ratchet included, thank you very much! AND, clear large pictures and print on the instructions. The frame is sturdy, beautiful and the color is as shown in the photo and exactly matches my 25 year old asian style headboard
