Does take some time to put together, but great product Its gorgeous and I get compliments on it all the time. I also work while sitting on it every day, and its comfortable but sturdy at the same time. It is a little on the small side, but in my apartment it works perfectly. Assembly was easy - keep in mind that some parts are going to arrive hidden in a fabric storage section thats under the couch... so if you think something is missing, maybe check there!
