The lift mechanism broke within 2 days
The lift mechanism broke within 2 days, and the seller never got back to me. However, I thankfully had a friend who was able to solder the wires back together and get it working again. That being said, its been a godsend for my elderly and disabled mom. She loves her new chair.
Very Comfortable Chair for the Price b
Chair was easy to assemble and very comfortable. The recline remote has an up and down illuminated green arrow, so it’s very easy to operate. The only negative comment I have is the heat and massage remote is worthless. The massage is more annoying than comforting and you cannot have the heat on without the massage feature. The instructions tell you how to use the heat without the massage, however I could not turn off the massage so I don’t use it. My 99 year old dad uses an electric throw blanket instead.

Hope the chair holds up
So far, it is a really good chair. Havent had it very long so dont know how long it will hold up. For a woman it fits my 54 height.
Nice chair for the money.
I will post an update 6 months from now. As of now my mother loves her chair. The controls are easy to use, which is the main reason I purchased this chair. She is very tiny so reaching for controls on the arm rest would be difficult. The only thing that I would like as an improvement is the material. It is thin and does stretch. Only had it a few weeks and the material on the foot rest has stretched some.

I purchased this chair when I went through hip replacement surgery - it was my all and all and it worked well for me - it continues to be my resident chair and I have not had any problem this far - purchased in May - it looks good too

Soft and Strong
Feels great, nice and soft no crinkle like the previous one we had and definitely doesnt make you sweat, has deep pockets perfect for a thick mattress. My daughter had left her sippy cup on my bed before stepping out and I only realized after coming home that it had been leaking onto my bed. I was out of the house for at least 2 hours and nothing leaked through it seems to be truly waterproof super happy it protected my mattress from her juice. It also cleaned up very well. No stain left after cleaning. Definitely recommend, Id tell anyone to give it a try!
Positive purchase
This chair came fast, within 72 hours of ordering. Super easy to assemble. Initial impression is very positive. Things to note : usb ports on right side of chair are not phone fast charge capable and this chair takes a full wall outlet to power. Price vs quality is good
