Highly Recommend

We live in North Fort Myers, Florida / check that on a map. We recently took a hit from Hurricane Ian (9/28/2022) Simply put / there was/is massive damage where we live. Reading reviews prior to deciding which Gazebo to purchase there were many questions about the wind rating on this Gazebo. 16 X 20 took us a lot of blood sweat and tears to get it assembled. (No 5 hours and done here) but it held up thru the storm! So, if you cant decide which Gazebo to buy heres your decision maker. Its only been completed not even 2 months. But its still standing after a category 4 / but note they said it was 1 MPH from being a cat 5!! Its still there / standing tall and proud. We highly recommend this one! Thank you!! We do recommend prior to any known storm to take down your screens, curtains, fans etc All pictures were taken the morning after Ian hit.

My 3 sons built this in approx 4hours. They commented during this time about how well built this product was. It is beautiful and I am very pleased with this product! No more buying a canvas top every year for the old one!

Well made, but takes several people to assemble.

Needs an optional gutter system, in case you want to install it near the back door of your home. Or just want to keep it a little dryer underneath. I would gladly paid extra for the gutter, but not available on 10x13ft size. Someone at the company, needs to make an assembly video, including knacks for easier assembly and to prevent leaks. I had to back up, when installing the angled roof panels, to push the pieces up towards the top, so as to close up any gaps. And it helps, laying out roof pieces on the the ground, just like they are to be assembled. After several assemblies, a good engineer could come up with quite a few improvements for the assembly instructions or a good video!

Excellent Quality. Impressed.

Impressed with Quality of materials fit! Aluminum legs frame, steel roof. Fully coated. 5 boxes about 100 lbs each. SOME damage in shipment. 2 dings in legs a few roof panels but didnt effect install. For 3k delivered. Complete curtains netting included. Instructions are complete, but Nothing written. Haha. You have to figure it out. 3 hints: 1)/use a power driver w/ Allen head with clutch. Get an Awl to stick into a hole while you attach roof panels. 2)/Use TAPE to hold roof pillows to keep them from sliding off. See photo. 3)/ LAY OUT all roof panels in order in piles. S/R/Q. Or youll go cry. Beer time! Cheers.

Sitting in the shade

We took down 3 old trees that gave shade to our patio and discovered it was soo hot out there that we needed some cover! This Gazebo was perfect for the area! Took us 3 evenings to put it together. Missing 1 small piece ( cover corner ) which was dissapointing. Pieces were labeled and directions were mostly pictures which could have been a bit more. Just a lot of steps and pieces! the directions on hanging curtains did not ever make sense to us! But it looks great! fits the space and was value for the money and our marriage survived putting it together!

Up in 6 hours by 2 people

Not too hard to assemble. Took me 6 hours with 2 men. Too bad a few roof panels were dented during transit. Curtains and mesh tent were bonus features!

Elegant Paradise

Great Customer Service! I am Acitive Duty Military and bought a Polycarbonate Gazebo in April 2022. I was supposed to redeploy in May and as unexpected things happens, I was extended until July 2022. Upon arrival I found the Polycarbonate Gazebo waiting in the Garage for me to assemble. When I opened the package I noticed a bend in 1 of the Gazebos legs, as stubborn as I am I decided to assemble it. After a few days the slight bend became unstable and the leg collapsed, thank God no one was hurt! I called as I was passed the 30 day return window. We reached out to customer service and they completely understood and sent me out a replacement leg, I was very grateful! I even ordered the Galvanized Steel Version as well. The first 3 pictures are of the GS Gazebo and the last one is of the Polycarbonate Gazebo both from ! Thank you so much for all your help and customer support

Easy ensemble, great directions

This was Purchased to sit on a cement slab, we needed shade! This is so elegant! We love it. One woman assembled all but the roof, you need two people. This is worth the money. We purchased a fan that was recommended. Perfect backyard area in Florida!

Poor instructions

This is a nice Gazebo, sturdy. The instructions however are just pictures and not good ones at that, it took some trial and errors to figure it out. Curtains and netting are good but the way they tie up not so much. If you are handy you can figure out how to get it together but for those who need Clear instructions stay away from this one.
