I actually bought this for my wife. She loves it.It was not difficult to assemble and it looks good.Along with a 42tv it fits into my wife office perfectly. The fireplace part was damaged when it arrived but was sent a new one promptly,It too was damaged though not as bad as the 1st.They offered another one but it was easily repaired so I kept it .customer service was great. All in all a great experience with this company. Highly recommended

Love love love it. It took a while to put together...but the instructions were easy and all the parts were labeled perfectly. The fire looks real and the heater portion is nice and quiet. It's snowing this weekend...so looking forward to curling up on front of my fire.
