Weak shower hose attachment to wall
Bought this product last Oct. 7, 2019 and now for past two months, the shower hose popped off from the Wall. The water pressure is strong so the attachment mechanism for the wall connection is not sturdy enough since it is a very small screw that can hardly bite into the grove of the pipe. After many years, the screw for the wall attachment provided by the company was like 2cm only for the wall attachment. We will look for another Shower brand then to replace everything. For now, we have masking tape covering the hole on our shower wall. Yes, thats the small pipe fitting for the Hose connections. The Rain shower head is also beginning to tarnish and does not look nice anymore. Poor quality chrome and not stainless steel.
Good after replacing Cartridge
We bought this nice and sexy Bathroom Luxury Rain Mixer Shower Combo Set in December if 2021. It was easy to install and it contributed nicely to the new renovated bathroom. After a few days we noticed some knocking in the walls which was not there before. We chased this for the last 6 months to a point where my family started to doubt whether I had done a good job or not. I would not give up, so I drained the lines multiple times and placed water hammer arrestors on the washer and dryer, under almost every sink but the hammering sound was still there. I than saw a review in this chain a few days ago and saw I was not the only one experiencing the hammering with this product. I decided to purchased the black Shower Cartridge YZ, installed it today and voila! I won the trust back of my family and are cleared to carry out other pipefitting works again. If you buy this product and experience the water hammer, spend the extra 30 or so and your home will be quiet again.
Stunning and practical
This is like showering under a waterfall; great water pressure (not easy to find these days!). An absolutely gorgeous addition to my master bath!

The product is good, I had a slight issue with hand shower, it started leaking after two weeks, some issue with the threads. I contacted , they immediately sent me a replacement. One thing I didnt like is that the manufacturer doesnt have a direct phone number or email, so you cannot contact them directly, you have to go through . Thats why, I gave 4 starts rating.
