Storage bag is useless
The storage bag included with the trampoline is practically useless. It’s too small to hold all the accessories, and the material is flimsy. It tore within the first month, rendering it completely unusable.
Spring noise
Every time my children bounce on the trampoline, the springs make a lot of noise. The constant creaking and squeaking are disruptive and indicate poor quality. It detracts from the overall enjoyment of using the trampoline.
Inaccurate advertising
I bought this trampoline based on its advertised features, but those claims turned out to be false. Despite promises of an anti-rust coating and durable materials, rust and wear appeared quickly after just a few weeks of use.
Difficult storage
When winter came, we tried to store the trampoline, but it turned out to be a cumbersome task. The components don’t disassemble easily, and they take up a lot of space in our garage. For those with limited storage areas, this trampoline is highly inconvenient.
Missing parts
After receiving the goods, we found that several key parts were missing, which prevented us from fully installing the trampoline. After contacting customer service, the other party kept shifting the blame and the problem was not resolved in the end. What a terrible shopping experience.
Ladder slips easily
Watching my kids climb the ladder was nerve-wracking because it tends to slip and move during use. It lacks proper securing mechanisms, making it a significant safety hazard. I’m constantly worried about them climbing up and down.
Difficulty in maintenance
Cleaning and maintaining the trampoline is very troublesome, especially some dead corners, which are difficult to clean and affect our user experience.
Poor quality of the mesh cover
Not long after buying it, the quality began to deteriorate, and the protective net was very easy to break. After children jumped a few times, it had holes of all sizes, lacking a sense of security.
Not recommended to buy
I bought this trampoline, it was a disaster. Poor quality, impractical design, unstable basketball frame, worrying safety, and disappointing after-sales service. My children and I are very disappointed and do not recommend using it at home, which wastes our money and time.
Poor bounce quality
The bouncing quality of this trampoline is disappointing. The lack of elasticity in the cushion makes it less enjoyable for children. It cannot be compared to other trampolines we have in the past.
