I struggled with this one because I always try to give a painfully honest review. Now that the bed is (finally) assembled and looking pretty in our guest room, I am pleased. However, it was considerably more difficult for two people (one quite handy) to assemble than other reviews would have had me believe. Additionally, the bed arrived damaged (both one component was broken and a highly visible part of the frame was seriously scraped), and customer service was inconsistent. I sensed that they might have been trying to make it right, but it was tough to track them down and get a response. Ultimately, they replaced the broken part and refunded me 30, but it was not an ideal situation.
