The color is a nice light cream. The fabric is very soft and velvety. The cushions are very comfortable and the lumber support is great even though the pictures dont do it justice. It was very easy to assemble, probably less than 30 minutes, and came with cotton gloves to wear. The legs are a chrome finished metal but the arms are chrome finished plastic. One of the screw holes for the left arm was installed at an angle so the screw had to go in at an angle and scraped off some of the plastic chrome finish. Im not bothered by this though but I know some people would be. I cant review the wheels because I use roller blade wheels and just transferred them from my old chair to this one. I thought at first that it didnt actually tilt because Im used to one lever to lift/lower and tilt/fix but this chair has two different levers to perform these functions. All functions are smooth and there are no squeaks. Im very happy. I hope it lasts a while. Good quality.
