The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!! We bought two of these bunks for our cabin. We liked that they are lower than regular bunks for safety. They are sturdy and the wood is very nice. Kids had a little trouble getting little fingers around the post at the top of the bed when climbing but we got some handles to put on. These are great!
