Just got it and out it together in 15 / 20 minutes. I know some folks had a problem with the arms. Here is what I found. Put the seat end of the arm on the peg and tighten the bolt so that it wont come of but still swings. With the chair on its side straddle the seat and use one arm to move the back forward and the other to line up the hole to the peg. This is, of course, after you have mounted the back to the seat and attach the adjustment brackets. A little hint on those. Add bracket fir and the back over the top finger tighten all the bolts be for torquing them down. Super comfortable and well made. Im 6 foot 240 and the bottom height is just right and the whole chair is firm. Will update after a while to comment on its holding up. Im taking some classes and will be siting in it at least 20 hours a week.
Assembly, not a problem.
