Great chair, little on the pricey side but it is very nice I guess ! Bad experience with delivery confirmation and what not.
Great soft comfortable chaise chairs (ordered 2 of them ) that have a nice style to them.
Says on the bottom they were made in China.
I like the stitching it has but well have to see long term how they hold up against 2 adults and 2 kids.
There was a couple problems was with 1 of them being damaged and delivery was a complete CLUSTER!
1 of them had a gash about 2 and 2 of the legs were bent up.
As for delivery its been a complete headache.
Dont want to get into details about delivery but I had to contact again today to let them know one of the chairs was damaged. They have agreed to replace it free of charge however now Im dreading another 2 weeks of delivery hassle.
I dont know whats going on with lately but since the begging of 2016 their rules and support has slowly changed for the worse IMO.
Took away 1 star for the damage and the delivery experience.
Just a note on delivery: It wasnt the delivery guys that dropped off the items, those guys were cool. It was the warehouse office that had the items. Great find!!
