First they sent me the wrong instructions. None of the pieces matched what I was sent. Then the listing I ordered from totally disappeared. I had to find the seller to contact them. They admitted I had the wrong instructions so they sent me the right ones. I finally got a chance to work on it again to find out that the holes on both sides do not line up with the seat and back that they are supposed to connect to. It was off on both sides. One of the holes didnt even line up with wood. They just kept wanting me to send more and more pictures of all the problems I was having but I dont have time for that. I had to get someone to come and just drill new holes in the chair because they didnt want to let me return it. If you like very firm, then this might be for you.

The seller has been very helpful and communicative during this whole process. They have walked me through different solutions and offered to help in many ways to make sure I had the best experience with them and the chair. They have excellent customer service and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with their product. My family came and spent several days sleeping on the chair and they loved it. She said it fit her fine and was very comfortable. My daughter keeps it in her room and loves that she can change it around depending on her needs. Thank you very much for all of your help and willingness to make sure your customers are satisfied with their purchase.
