Excellent customer service Extremely easy to assemble. I assembled as a 52 woman within 5 minutes. Most difficult part was moving the box inside! Pretty sturdy, could be more comfortable but we are going to add some pillows and throws. It is pretty low to the ground but a phenomenal inexpensive couch!
