Arrived in sturdy packaging, components were made well. No real major issue assembling, even without any help. Overall pleased, but had an issue of spring stretching contacted customer support asking for direction on replacement springs (as I feel it may have been my fault) and they pointed me in the right direction and were really easy to deal with.
Im satisfied with my purchase. I love it space saver I am back to buy another one.
