The safe is a good deterrent for the quick in/out house robber or lockout from children. Reason is, The walls of the safe are not the normal 1/2/1 inch thick metal you are custom to think. Only the door is thick. Again, good bang for buck and not paying 600 or more for same features and impenetrable walls. Customer Service is great. Answered all my emails timely and did honor the free gift option I asked about. Company sent their Moutec Gun Safe Door Panel Organizer for free.
