I received the chairs within a few days but realized that the color did not work for the space intended. Also, the upholstery is quite plastic looking. My request to return was approved as self pay. I checked with DLH, FEDEX, UPS and even the post office and the lowest quote I got was 680 to ship the two chairs back. This company knows that people wont spend more on shipping than what they paid for the chairs in the first place. Hope I can sell them on marketplace!
