The couch came in two big boxes. It was super easy to set up, everything went together easily, a toddler could do it. A lot of reviews said it was too firm/not comfy, I disagree. You dont sink into it and I wouldnt call it fluffy or anything but its certainly comfortable, and a great deal for the price. More of a blue/grey than just grey in my opinion. Does slide a bit, but I put it on carpet and it stays out now. It is ok.
