This is a really nice quality ottoman, on the smaller side, but the top comes off so you can store items inside. You could fit maybe a couple small throws or one bigger blanket. My kids (1.5 and 4) like to climb and sit inside it. You could store toys or other items in it too. The lid is heavy, so it stays put pretty well. The fabric is a nice textured material, feels and looks nice. The sides and bottom are somewhat thin, but not too bad. Overall, great for an extra seat, ottoman, or just classy storage.
