My wife and I both decided we needed standing desks so we bought a 48 for me and a 55 for her. With the price I will admit I was concerned, not only about what we would get but if there would be any support behind them. These desks exceeded my expectations on all accounts. The desk is very sturdy and well designed. The motor is quick to raise and lower. The only part I thought would be a little questionable is the cloth drawer, although it works great for everything I had in my old drawer so I have no complaints there either. My wifes desk was missing a couple of needed screws and their customer service was super quick to send the parts and they have been a joy to email with. There has been a 3 day turnaround on the emails but Im guessing that is due to the popularity of the desk, as the quality of the support is excellent. I registered for the 12 month warranty extension on their website and received prompt confirmation of the extension. All in all this company seems as good as their product, and I am very happy with the price as well.
