I was honestly not expecting such excellent service, but they shot it out of the ballpark. I had a manufacturing issue with my desk. I was really bummed because the desk is beautiful and I really needed it quickly. I was skeptical that the issue would be resolved with an online retailer. Let me tell you, went above and beyond standard customer service to resolve my issue QUICKLY and efficiently. They even expedited the replacement item directly from China and I got it in only a few business days. This is is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I highly recommend. And also, the desk is beautiful, sturdy, great quality, well made, and the hydraulic performance is excellent.
