The seller really seems to care about making the customer happy. They issued a partial refund and Im very pleased. They offered to send a new product but we already have the bed assembled and reinforced. All in all, it worked out.
It looks ok, the gray came with scratches and dings. It was difficult to assemble, a lot of the holes didnt line up properly. Our toddler is going to use it, but we will be reinforcing it with brackets and we will brace it to the wall for added support. ALL GOOD!
