So I rarely write reviews and I was pretty ify on buying this especially because you cant return it. I got it and I LOVE it Ive been working from home since March and I keep trying to find ways to make it more comfortable since I dont like sitting at a desk in my own house all day long. I got a laptop tray a few months ago and that has been great but sitting on the floor with it eventually made my back hurt. Sitting on my couch has become difficult with my cats who constantly sit on my computer. I wanted something I could put in the living room that wouldnt take up a lot of space yet still be comfortable. (Living room is too small to get another chair) This chair folds up easily so I can take it out and put it away with no problem! The back massager is actually really nice considering its basically lumbar support that just vibrates. The seat folds out so you can use it as a type of lounger. Which my laptop tray fits perfectly over! And what I really like is it has very sturdy arm rests! So i feel like Im still in a work chair. The whole thing is very comfy! Another perk is that the covering all has zippers so you can wash if needed. I saw so many other chairs like this for less but they all were child sized this definitely fits an adult comfortably! PS. My husband is super jealous and wants to take it for his gaming chair. Lol The instructions were perfect! I didnt get confused at all
