I bought this for my 5 and 7 year old grandsons. They have slept on it and give it thumbs up. To me it seems sturdy and well made. When this was first put together it was so squeaky that I thought it would have to be returned. I tried sleeping on it and the squeaking made sleeping impossible; the slightest movement caused very loud squeaking. WD-40 was the answer. One squirt and the squeaks stopped completely! Yay!
