Very well packaged. Small parts were separated in four bags depending on purpose. Instructions were graphic and easy to follow. A few of the predrilled holes were not quite aligned but this caused only a slight problem in assembly. The small allen wrench was ok, but I found that a ratcheting screwdriver with an allen head made assembly quicker. Fit and finish are very good especially for the price. I noticed a couple of small spots where the veneer was chipped but these were on the back and top where they are not noticeable. Assembled, it makes a sturdy hall tree that should withstand normal use well.
