The seller responds quickly to inquiries but won’t send a replacement without making FedEx either locate the item or admit it’s lost for good. The two of us put the couch together in about 20 minutes, and I think it would be more difficult to do it alone. I’ll be interested to see how it holds up with two teenagers and a dog. The dog was the reason for the couch in the first place, as he ate the previous one.
