Easy to assemble for someone with arm/body strength.
I had to hire a man to unfold the rebounder because I lack the arm/body strength to unfold it, and although I could finish the rest of the assembly myself I went ahead and let him since I was paying anyway / and he had no problems with assembling the rebounder whatsoever. And because I was unable to unfold it initially, I wouldnt even attempt to refold it to store under my bed. In the event family or friends come to visit me out to the garage it goes. Its also reassuring to know that it wont fold up or collapse while Im bouncing on it! I like the bounce and the handle bar gives me a sense of security from falling. I havent used the resistance bands yet so Im unable to report on them yet.
