We made a few changes to this item,overall it is good I bought these for my girls. They are beautiful and they were pretty easy to put together. Problem is the stairs did not show up with the rest. And the company wouldnt work with me to get me the stairs.
customer service was super helpful and tried everything in their power to rectify the situation. So while these are beautiful bunks, be advised about the lack of help from the manufacturer, but the amazing help from s customer service.
