The frame seems sturdy but the lock in place parts are poorly machined. Some of them did not actually slot into place until we got hammers and mallets involved to force them in despite following the assembly instructions perfectly. This means that when I have to disassemble it the next time I move, half the parts will come apart like they are supposed to, and half will not. I wont be able to carry it as a whole like I could a normal frame (since some parts easily slot out when pulled) and I wont be able to fully disassemble it and put it into a box (since some would require pliers and a ton of force to remove now).
UPDATE: A customer service was extremely helpful and was able to promptly address my issues. In light of that, Ive changed my review to reflect how helpful they were. I no longer have any complaints.
