I bought this for my 2 yr. old to transition into a bigger bed. He loves it. Easy enough to put together. I did it myself, at 5 months pregnant, with the help of my 2 yr. old.
Only dislike is when he slides off the bed, the inner boards are a bit sharp, and scratch his legs. My plan is to pick up a pool noodle and slide it open to cover the boards until he is big enough to reach the floor.
Love the color. Box was extremely damaged upon arrival, but the bed had minimal damage.
Would buy again!!
UPDATE: 11.28.2012 --A year and a half later, this bed is still solid. Sliding off the bed is no longer an issue- since my child is now 3.5 and tall enough to reach the floor. This bed has endured several violent jumping on the bed sessions, room re-arranges, stickers, spilled drinks, sleeping parents, and lazy animals; with minimal wear tear! Im planning to buy another on for my other son once he is out of his crib.
Drawers all still slide. Only small repair Ive done is re-screw the handles with my own screws, to keep them in place more securely.
WELL worth every penny Ive spent. BUY IT! Its probably the BEST, least expensive bed you will find.
Update 9/23/2015: This bed is still going strong. Over four years of jumping, wrestling, multiple people sleeping on it, moving the bed from room to room --the bed is still in great shape.
