I was a wee bit apprehensive after some reading reviews about missing parts, defects in the wood, and shipping disasters. But I got mine a week or two early, one tiny defect that is not an issue at all, and box was packed perfect arriving with all peices. The defect is in color only. The boards are nice and flush It did take me about an hour to assemble. It is simple if you follow the exact instructions. Gorgeous, rich, bold purple. Not bright, very nice. Will buy one in emerald soon.
