We really love this couch. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because how firm it is/without any mention of that in the product description. Thanks to the reviews we anticipated it and it still is comfortablewhen you arent expecting a cushy couch to sit on. But if thats what youre wanting, this is not your couch. It came exactly as pictured and delivery was easy and helpful in getting it inside our house. Keep an eye on the price. It was 40 less than what we paid, a few weeks before we bought it. And is currently 15 more than what we paid. Value for money.
