Ive only had the couch for a day. Came in a large box and was packaged smartly. One critical bolt wouldnt fully tighten, but it pieced together fairly easily. It required a little muscle.
It looks great. I could see the average person not liking the stiffness, but its still pretty comfortable. I told my wife itd be perfect in an office or waiting room.
Id rate it higher if I wasnt concerned about the loose bolt. Size small.
