Bike was very easy to assemble, the throttle didnt work, but after a few emails back and forth with they sent a new throttle and it works great. I have around 75 miles on it already and have only had it about 2 weeks. Love it so far. Update The day after I installed the new throttle it decided to stop working. After a few more emails I was sent a new main wire harness, I installed that and no change the throttle still didnt work. Another few emails sent and received I installed a new controller. That still didnt change anything. I was pretty frustrated at this point so I requested a new bike. I was told if I pay 150 shipping they could send me a new bike. I let them know I wasnt happy with that, I had already spent almost 1,100 and I didnt have a working bike. Long story short, they covered the shipping and sent me a new bike after receiving my old bike. The new bike works great. This company has great costumer service, they will usually reply to an email in less then a day. Live this bike so far.
