I love this little bench, looks very nice in my hallway, however the first one we received had some damage (krack) on it and they could not replace damaged part. This was very nicely packed so the damage was not from shipping. We returned the 1st bench and ordered a second one, but had the same problem only not as bad as the first one. This time the damage is on the back part of bench and not visible because we placed bench by the wall.
