Love this bench!! This is the perfect bench for our entryway! It is very sturdy and the top opens up to store items. We currently have hats, mittens and scarves in there for the winter. We chose the black color although it comes in espresso but we love that it also acts as additional seating when company comes over and the perfect place for the kids to sit down and put on and take off their boots and shoes. My husband is also around 230 pounds or so and it is sturdy enough to hold him so I would highly recommend this to anyone! It looks beautiful! Now we just need some throw pillows to add a little personal touch :-)
