I ordered a set of 4 chairs and it came in 2 separate packages at 2 different times of the day so keep that in mind. The chairs look good on the surface but when you go and pick them up they are super lightweight (about 5 lbs each) so definitely feels cheap and maybe probably not meant to support too much weight. The comfort of the chairs are just fine for long sitting sessions but nothing to write home about. Assembly was simple enough with picture instructions and tools included for each chair.
Now one of the chairs I bought had a woodworking defect that caused one of the screws to not have any support. I took pictures and reached out to the seller via and they got back to me within 24 hours and offered me a replacement that came within the same week. So while the chairs are nice and affordable, I was much more impressed with the customer service.
