Bunk beds are well made and were easy to install. I was not missing any pieces and the parts were well packaged and arrived without damage. The only downside is that the wood used is some sort of lightweight pine, but it does seem sturdy. Also the mattress support wood is unfinished and not really even sanded, which seems like an oversight given that they are exposed to view on the top bunk.Good.
