Bought April 2021. Didnt put together til around December because it was for my youngest sons bedroom. Finally got it together and loved it. All pieces came in separate boxes to where u could work per box. Yesterday the wood broke. I called today and within minutes they are shipping me a new piece. Very happy that they back their products.
