The box is heavy, but manageable for a 110 woman by herself / if no stairs are involved! Assembly was super easy on my own and I was BLOWN AWAY by the quality of the materials and ation to detail for the money I paid. I bought this brand bc weve had a couple of their mattresses for 6+ years that have held up and we still love them THRILLED to know that their brand continues to deliver affordable, sustainable solutions. 10/10 recommend!!
