Just make sure you have the right instructions for the bed that you received
Beautiful product, excellent customer service Its a gorgeous bed, but when I opened it and started pulling all the stuff out my instructions for the bed was for a full over full bed a completely different bed than what I actually did have so I had to call and have them email me the instructions for the bed I had which is the twin over full bed. And after a while if me putting the bunk beds together I noticed that theres certain areas that it was scratched up like on the ladder on the side just a little bit. But other than that its a gorgeous bed my kids love it.
