The desk is just as pictured and we are surprised at how sturdy it actually is. The boards are pretty heavy but was easy to assemble.
The only reason I knocked off a couple stars is due to the dings left on the corners of the wood which was very disappointing since we had been waiting for this desk for over a month. It may not have been the manufacturers fault and was most likely not handled very well on the way to its destination. But I also think the packaging was a bit on the thin side. Other than that, its a decent desk for the price.
