Received today and we are missing the glass windshield, and there are a few other things that are flawed (scratch on top, stripped handle for cover and a bent burner support). The cosmetic issues I can live with and Ive contacted support regarding the missing glass. Ill update when I hear from them and actually use this.
Overall, the directions are ok— the order of assembly for the actual parts was not clear and I took a while longer than I could have if they were otherwise written out or clearer pictures. The whole unit seemed to be fabricated backward from the pictures so that was also a challenge. It took me about 90 minutes and really should have taken half that as its a straight forward assembly.
I dont have my propane tank installed yet so its pretty lightweight while also being sturdy. The overall design is great and the rattan is fine but does feel more plastic than resin wicker. But not cheesy.
The packaging was great! Reinforced box with everything smaller taped down and bubble wrap on each individual piece. The bag of glass beads was also inside a reinforced box that was taped up and intact upon arrival.
Its the right size for our patio and once we have all the parts, Ill update this review.
