The directions were pics only, needed written directions. Once it was put together is really enjoyed it. The glass rock package was tore and lost some of the glass rock and they Reimbursed me for the cost to buy more. They responded fast to my inquiry to answered my questions. I got my refund fast. I would recommend this product. I have recommended they change their packaging and they acknowledge it.
