I dont know whether to blame the product or my kids or both, but after just a month I had to replace the swivel base as a gap had formed between the two plates (where the ball bearings are located) allowing the chair to start wobbling and bearings to fall out. Now this could have been due to the way my kids use the chair. If you consistently land hard on the chair then over time that could do this type of damage. Even still its been less than a month and I needed to replace a part (20). It does works like new after fixing it.
The other thing that Ill say is that the padding is not that comfortable. You can feel the framing of the chair coming through. Its not that bad from my perspective, but it is noticeable hence the 3 stars for comfort.
