Three stars for customer service only. The item sucks.
Ive been wanting them item for months and I finally purchased it. It came in one box, very heavy. I pulled all the pieces out and there are many many little pieces and steps. I was on step ten when i discovered the pre drill holes were too big for the locking mechanisms so they would not stay locked. I worked on it a couple of days and nothing I did worked. I emailed the seller and after a couple of back and forth emails (they were offering money to repair) I advised I did not want to hire someone to repair and I requested my money back. They accepted and I received a refund immediately. Please know that if your return you do have to pay shipping. The item itself sucks (too many pieces, it had a bad odor) but I was happy the way the seller solved my problem. I was able to keep the item but its going on the curb for trash. Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.
